My Journey to Wellness

For a long time, I struggled with anxiety and depression. Like many others, I kept searching for one perfect solution, hoping that a single step would bring relief. I visited psychiatrists, went through therapy, read countless books, and tried to understand my mind better. Each step gave me some support, but still, I felt something was missing.

It was only when I began to look at my healing in a holistic way—combining different approaches—that I started to see real change. Along with medical guidance, I added the power of therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and proper nutrition to my daily life. Slowly, piece by piece, these practices worked together to restore balance in my mind and body.

This journey taught me that true wellness does not come from one source alone—it’s the integration of science, psychology, and holistic practices that brings lasting healing.

Out of my own experience, I created a structured course that brings all these approaches together in one place. My mission is to ensure that no one has to go through the same scattered journey I did. Instead, through The School of Psychology and Holistic Wellness, I want to offer people a clear, supportive, and practical path towards recovery, balance, and peace.
